The scenario-based intervention successfully translated theory into practice, establishing key workplace outcomes:

  • Standardized Baseline: Created a foundational communication baseline for all incoming talent to align team messaging.
  • Extended Learning: Integrated a downloadable *Stakeholder Communication Checklist* as a permanent job aid within the learner's daily workflow.
  • Expected Outcomes: Drives faster project velocity and an increase in leadership trust by reducing inefficient email chains.

Design & Development Process

1. Analyze

Conducted a needs analysis, reviewed existing performance data, and interviewed SMEs to identify key communication challenges. This analysis established the core instructional framework used to bridge the performance gap.

2. Design

Mapped learning objectives, created user flow and storyboards, and planned scenario interactions and feedback. Scripted all branching logic paths and user response prompts to ensure high corporate engagement.

3. Develop

Built the course in Storyline 360, designed custom visuals in Canva, and ensured accessibility and responsive navigation. Programmed the functional interactions, progress logic, and variable parameters.

Gathered feedback from SMEs and pilot learners, refined content and interactions, and validated learning outcomes. Integrated a permanent performance job aid to reinforce retention post-training.
